We're looking for an optimistic, results-oriented and thoughtful individual to join Insta360 for a unique opportunity to help set up the Insta360 EU/Germany office based in Berlin, Germany.
Responsibilities:
• Operations Management and set up workflows from scratch in close coordination with HQ team in Shenzhen
• EU inventory management and shipping logistics
• Customer Service and Direct Customer Communication
• Channel Marketing Support
• Events Management
• Local Marketing Support (eg product launches, media visits, etc)
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• min. 1-2+ years experience in relevant fields
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work hard and to do a broad-base of tasks from administrative to strategic
• Fluent in English is a must, fluent in (Mandarin) Chinese and German language is preferred
