We buy all sorts of plastic material in Europe, then export it to our factory in Hong Kong and other locations. We have a good sales network in Asia.
We are looking for an Office Clerk/ Logisitc Specialist, starts as soon as possible before 01.02.2021. This is a full-time, permanent position with the following requirements:
Position: Office Clerk/ Logistic Specialist
Work place: Rüsselsheim am Main, Germany.
Job Description:
Office accounting, documentation, and work closely with the tax services.
Coordinate tasks between the European office and the Headquarter in Asia.
Book the shipment and arrange the shipping documents
Other assistant and secretarial works for the General Manager
Education Level:
University degree with related field, preferably in Business Management, Accounting, Tax Service or Logistics. Applicants of other backgrounds are also welcome to apply.
Languages:
German level B2 both written and spoken
very good spoken and written English
very good Chinese in order to communicate with company managers
Working Experience: graduates are welcome
Computer: good Microsoft office skills, experience with DATEV is a big plus
