We are looking for a dedicated Senior Manager Supply Chain Management for our Business Unit Parenteral Nutrition, Keto-Analogues and Standard I.V. Fluids.




Your assignments
  • Independently analyze, optimize and steer the supply chain activities within our global production network.
  • Identify supply gaps and proactively find solutions to manage the supply constraints in close cooperation with the production sites and sales regions.
  • Be the main point of contact for all communication concerning supply topics for our supply regions, marketing and global SCM functions.
  • Support the development of a supply strategy for the products of the Business Unit Parenteral Nutrition, Keto-Analogues and Standard IV Fluids.
  • Be responsible for the coordination and consolidation of various projects for capacity increases as part of strategic initiatives.
  • Regularly update the management team of the Business Unit about the supply situation including the compilation and further development of the KPI Reporting.
  • Lead the evaluation and continuous improvement of supply processes including working on projects for the standardization of planning processes and tools.
  • Develop and implement concepts for the knowledge management and collaboration between the production sites.




Your profile
  • Successfully completed university degree in Economics or Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional practical experience in the field of Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in Project Management or related functions, ideally in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain complex situations for all management levels.
  • Ability to develop supply chain concepts and steer their execution in an international and decentral environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and a structured, analytical approach to complex topics.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP PP/MM/APO systems desirable.
  • Experience in working in intercultural environments and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Excellent knowledge of the German and English language, written and spoken; further language skills (Chinese, French, Spanish) would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical markets with special focus on IV Fluids or Parenteral Nutrition and/or pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management desirable.
