For our new eCommerce platform – JTMM, we are looking for the position: Head of eCommerce Operation_ Europe
Your duties as Head of eCommerce Operation_ Europe include but are not limited to followings:
Work with Global Operation engineering teams in China HQ, as well as build up the European eCommerce platform such as the user and membership system, product design and operation; improving conversion rates such as new pull, conversion, retention, and repurchase;
Responsible for European eCommerce platform category planning, product layout, product development and iterative upgrades. Including platform operation, product operation and data operation, etc., at the same time, create platform explosive products, enhance the richness of category products.
Oversee the whole eCommerce platform and its performance, and responsible the growth of sales and profits;
Design, build, grow and recruit the Regional eCommerce team (Purchasing, Logistic, Marketing, Customer Service, Communication and Operations) and responsible for their personnel and position training and developing;
Oversee and scale the teams managing customer experience to improve retention, customer satisfaction and policies
Communicate and coordinate the resources of various departments of the eCommerce platform, formulate an annual overall operation plan, effectively supervise, analyze, control and improve eCommerce product sales conversion rate, traffic, customer unit price, praise rate, repurchase rate and other indicators;
Budget based on various indicators of business finance, control-operating costs, review various expenses.
Responsible for other tasks assigned by the HQ.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Digital Marketing, Business Management and eCommerce management are preferred;
7+ years’ experience in eCommerce area and at least 3 years of experience in leading position.
Strong Comprehension the European eCommerce trend and have strong strategic thinking and keen insight, able to follow the eCommerce operation report, pay attention to market changes, conduct in-depth analysis, propose a systematic and effective operation plan, and guide the operation team to implement it;
Positive, optimistic and have a strong sense of purpose and self-driving ability, teamwork and cross-functional coordination and promotion ability, have the ability to learn quickly and accept new things;
Native German Speaker and Excellent English is necessary. Other European language or Chinese would be a plus.
