Your profile
1. Completed studies, focusing as much as possible on human resources management or commercial training with further training as a personnel buyer
2. Multiannual professional experience as HR/HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing company
3. Knowledge gained in the fields of labour law, contract law, social security law and personnel development
4. Class B driving licence
5. High self-motivation and structured working methods
6. Outstanding consultative and social competence
7. Implementation capacity
8. Strong communication
9. Target and result orientation
