职位描述：产品工程师 Product Engineer
岗位职责：
Job responsibilities
1. 按照项目进度，负责汽车相关产品的结构设计和优化，综合考虑零件加工便利性、装配可靠性、性能稳定性；
According to the project schedule, responsible for the structural design and optimization of auto-related products, comprehensively considering the processing convenience, assembly reliability and performance stability of parts;
2. 协助采购选择优质供应商，并和采购一起跟进有关零件进度；
Assisted purchaser in selecting quality suppliers and followed up the progress of relevant parts with the purchaser;
3. 对负责的产品进行样品装配和测试，撰写实验报告，并对有问题的设计提出优化的方案并跟进；
Responsible for the product sample assembly and test, write the experimental report, and put forward the optimization plan for the problem design and follow up;
4.对负责的产品部分进行生产指导和培训。
Provide production guidance and training to responsible product;
任职要求：
1. 机械设计、机电相关专业大专以上学历，2年以上产品研发经验；
2. 有汽车行业零部件相关产品设计经验优先；
3. 熟练使用至少一种建模工具（solidworks，pro/e, UG，CATIA）；
4. 有汽车座椅相关工作经验优先；
5. 英语、德语可作为工作语言；
5. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能够积极主动地承担工作职责。
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in mechanical design major, mechanical and electrical related majors, more than 2 years of product development experience;
2. Product design experience in the auto parts industry is preferred;
3. Proficient in using at least one modeling tool (Solidworks, Pro/e, UG, CATIA);
4. Car seat related work experience is preferred;
5. English and German can be used as working languages;
5. Have good communication skills and teamwork skills, and be able to take the initiative to take on work responsibilities.
