Job description:
1. Payment check. Check with each customer in advance and after to make sure each payment will arrive in time. Manage dunning process.
2. Check and scan each deduction document and forward it to responsible departments. Push each department to clean the deduction.
3. Open item management. Check open items in system regularly.
4. Risk management. Check each delivery to make sure the delivery is within the credit limit and without overdue.
