Job title: Regional Marketing Specialist/Manager

Job responsibility

1. Work with local Regional Sales Leadership to plan, execute and trackimpactful quarterly marketing plans, promote Growatt brand within regionalmarket.

2. Plan, execute and measure impact of 3rd party events and trade showsponsorships as well as Growatt or field distributors’ hosted events andlocalized client/customer forums.

3. Support salesteam and distributors for project technical proposals, workshop, seminar andproduct demonstration etc.

4. Improve the capability of sales team and local distributors throughproviding continuous training and technical consultancy.

5. Collect the fieldmarket intelligence and support new product development or upgrade, define andimplement the new product go-to-market plan for regions.

6. Maintain long term cooperation and good relationships with fielddistributers and channel customers.

Requirement

1. Native speaker in local region, German and English are mandatory,additional languages beneficial

2. Bachelor's degree or above.

3. Active,conscientious, strong responsibility feeling in working. Good communicationability & team working. Well in task planning & target hitting.

4. 3+ years of experience working in product marketing, project management orpre-sales role. Familiar with European PV market, PV inverterproducts and applications, know how to professional communicate with localdistributers or end users.

5. Frequent Travel.
