Job title: Regional MarketingSpecialist/Manager
Job responsibility
1. Work with local Regional Sales Leadership to plan, executeand trackimpactful quarterly marketing plans, promote Growatt brand withinregionalmarket.
2. Plan, execute and measure impact of 3rd party events andtrade showsponsorships as well as Growatt or field distributors’ hosted eventsandlocalized client/customer forums.
3. Support salesteam and distributors for project technicalproposals, workshop, seminar andproduct demonstration etc.
4. Improve the capability of sales team and local distributorsthroughproviding continuous training and technical consultancy.
5. Collect the fieldmarket intelligence and support new productdevelopment or upgrade, define andimplement the new product go-to-market planfor regions.
6. Maintain long term cooperation and good relationships withfielddistributers and channel customers.
Requirement
1. Native speaker in local region, German and English aremandatory,additional languages beneficial
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Active,conscientious, strong responsibility feeling inworking. Good communicationability & team working. Well in task planning& target hitting.
4. 3+ years of experience working in product marketing, projectmanagement orpre-sales role. Familiar with European PV market, PVinverterproducts and applications, know how to professional communicate withlocaldistributers or end users.
5. Frequent Travel.
