Job Description:
1. Assistance with the basic repair of auto products (usually PAD, with training).
2. Dealing with customer's email and telephone call.
3. Organizing the work in management system.
Job Requirement:
1. Good MS office skills if preferred.
2. Ability to work independently and multi-task.
3. Candidate should be able to constand at least two types of language (English, German, Chinese)
