Base Location: Munich
Start date: ASAP
Main responsibilities:
1. Supporting company events organization andensuring successful event delivery
2. Designing, planning and organizingteam-building activities within HR team
3. Editing internal events' promotion materials( posters and video clips)
4. Assisting line managers in developing andoverseeing organizational employee relations strategies, processes, andpractices
5. Maintaining good communication and a positiverelationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring apositive working environment
6. Supporting HR manager in analyzing climateassessment results in the form of written reports and presentations
7. Analyzing data to fully support internalreport and strategy
8. Editing and maintaining monthly HR projectreports
Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degreein human resources or a related field
2. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills in English
3. Ability to handle employee relations mattersin an urgent and confidential manner.
4. Ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment
5. Photoshop and video editing skills are bigplus
