Sales Management Assistant Intern
Job location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
In this role Sales Management Assistantfor West Europe Enterprise Business Support Dept. your main responsibilitiesare:
Be responsible for daily sales management support work withinternal systems and tools, communicate and help local offices to fulfillqualification and process requirements.
Be responsible for sales data analysis, assist to collectdata and generate reports according to team’s assignments.
Be responsible for customer events support, assist andcoordinate registration, logistic and other activities.
This role closely work with bothregional office and local offices, as well as HQ in China.
Minimum Qualifications:
Love work, optimistic and initiative,hard-working, clear thinking, focus on results, do not give up when face ofdifficulties, and have motivation to find out ways to try to reach the goal.
Candidate should be sensitive withnumbers, proactive, self-motivated, organized and analytical.
Attach importance to teamwork and teamatmosphere, needs good communication and collaboration skills, be able to workclosely with international colleagues.
Work experience or internshipexperience in Communication or ICT field is preferred.
Desired Skills:
● Excel in Microsoft Office software, othersoftware is a plus
● Good communication skills and strongsense of team oriented
● Ability to well understand therequirements and work independently
● Patient, careful, and supportive
Requirements：
Be available for 6 consecutive months starting assoon as possible
