Internship as WEU Service Project Assistant
Job location: Germany-Düsseldorf-Hanssaallee 205
Main Responsibilities:
Maintenance of service bulletins: communication of translation requirements, uploading of bulletin, maintenance of bulletincode, monitoring bulletin execution progress
IT account maintenance: knowledge base, training platform Academy, Comparter, CCP and other services IT account opening and authority management
Knowledge requirement and error correction operation: report statistics, data analysis (such as submission volume, closed-loop rate, SLA)
Training situation operation: collection and managementof online and offline suppliersdaily training data, monitoring execution progress

Strong communication skills, you have a natural talent to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds
