- Lead the activities of Quality system management and quality engineering;

- Responsible for the respective cost and profit centers;

- Manage tasks and projects to fulfill internal customer satisfaction, respecting timing, quality and costs and coordinate capability and capacity;

- Responsible to do internal audits to quality system; Ensure complete product and process audits plan according the demanding's; Responsible to request and perform quality system revising with the top management;

- Interface with customers and suppliers on quality related issues, including plan and perform efficient action plans;

- Execution of deviation analysis with available tolls (8D-Report, FMEA, etc.) including the Proposal of containment actions and preparation of actions for process improvement

- Perform and attend internal Audits (DQS, Environmental, customer specific…)

- Internal pilot to join all the information and perform FMEA for new products and update FMEA for actual products in case of changes or improvements; Participate and manage the applicable activities of APQP (advanced Product Quality Planning and PPAP;

- Responsible for the respective cost and profit centers

- Perform and Deliver results of research for new products, materials or technologies and perform and deliver research according the request of internal customer (Development, Manufacturing)

- Work together with the Development department, with the Manufacturing Engineering to identify improvements possibilities in the developed products and in future projects in order to ensure costumer needs and KPI´s target ; co-develops product roadmaps

- Leads research projects for all production units: actual production sites for powertrain products and cooperate actively with others Product Competence Centers of Sodecia Group;

- Actively searches for best-in-class technologies among competitors and develops innovation roadmap

- Continuous update of market knowledge by following and participating in congress, fairs, customers and suppliers
