近Singen, 近Konstanz, 近瑞士等地多套住房出租。
适合附近大学读书，实习，工作的各类人士。
房间多套，价格不等，家具齐全，拎包入住，有wifi
门口BUS站，环境幽雅，德国人高档居住区，带超大公共花园，可养宠物。
长租签住房合同，最短租期1年，2个月房租作为押金。
短租不带住房合同，最短租期1个月，另1个月房租作为押金。

套房一：约15平米，租金300欧/月 （全包），此价格为一人居住价格。
套房二： 约30平米，租金350欧/月（全包），此价格为一人居住价格。
套房三：约40平米，租金500欧/月 （全包），此价格为一人居住价格。
套房四：约40平米，租金500欧/月 （全包），此价格为一人居住价格。
办公室门面：约80平米，租金800欧/月 （全包）。
每套房多加一人入住，租金加150欧/月。入住一套房的希望是一起的夫妻或朋友，不接受陌生人拼房搭铺。

所有房间都在一栋大楼里。照片都为实景拍摄，没有做过任何修改。请大家看好图片等信息，预约来看房。
